I was getting a new boiler fitted and to be honest, I know very little about boilers and from the first phone call from Kris, he answered all my questions and helped me make a informed decision in regards to the boiler best for me and also within my price range. From start to finish, he was very professional and conducted the job in a clean and fast manner. Everything was explained to me and he even got a huge thumbs up from my 6 year old, hardest one to please.
